  • You may not use Atina for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activities

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for activities carried out through your account
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms

3. AI Usage & Output

  • Atina provides AI-generated responses based on user prompts and available context
  • AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable without review
  • You are responsible for evaluating outputs before using them in decisions, operations, or public-facing content

4. Plans, Billing & Subscriptions

  • Access to Atina may depend on your selected subscription plan
  • Paid plans are billed based on applicable pricing and billing cycles
  • Usage limits, feature access, and availability depend on your active plan
  • Failure to renew may result in downgrade to the default free plan where applicable

5. Integrations & Embedded Use

  • Some plans allow embedding Atina into third-party platforms, websites, or products
  • You are responsible for lawful use of Atina within your integrated environments
  • You must not use embedded Atina deployments for abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes

6. Intellectual Property

  • Atina, its software, branding, design, and platform systems remain the property of Atina
  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute Atina without authorization

7. Termination

  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these terms
  • We may remove access where use presents legal, operational, or security risk

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Atina is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or perfect output accuracy
  • We are not liable for losses, damages, or decisions made from reliance on platform outputs or downtime

9. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms at any time
  • Continued use of Atina after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate
